The construction group at HUS is composed of licensed Project Managers and Superintendents skilled in management and execution of building projects from precon, through closeout and does the majority of its work for owned assets.  The construction team excels at new construction including coastal/ flood plain, modular, and stick-built.  In addition, they have extensive experience with housing renovations that may require historical consideration or specialty techniques to complete the project.  The construction team is constantly reviewing new building materials, green building options, energy efficiency, and new home technology to include in the latest projects.  The construction team is proficient in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, phasing, efficient buyout and document control, and interaction with design professionals.  The team has a wealth of knowledge from over 50 combined years of building experience around the country and puts that skill set to work here at HUS.
